At Navyug Ayurveda, we strive to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our trusted courier and payment gateway partners.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing
- All prepaid orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment authorization and confirmation from the payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after order verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 1–3 working days
- Other Cities: 2–5 working days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Festivals or high-order volumes
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen operational issues
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free across India (unless otherwise specified)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
- Any applicable shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
4. Payment Gateway & Order Verification
To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraudulent activities:
- Orders may undergo payment verification by our payment gateway partners.
- In rare cases, additional identity or address verification may be required before dispatch.
- If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, delayed, failed, reversed, or unauthorized by the payment gateway or banking partner, the order may be:
- Put on hold
- Cancelled automatically
- Refunded as per the payment gateway settlement timelines
Navyug Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order flagged as high-risk or fraudulent.
5. Order Dispatch & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the provided tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Refusal to accept the parcel
the shipment may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Navyug Ayurveda shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete location details
- Invalid phone numbers
Any additional shipping or re-delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged, Leaked, Missing, or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged or leaked product
- A missing item
- A wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the package/product
- An unboxing video (mandatory for claim verification)
All such cases will be handled strictly according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
9. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
While we work with reliable courier and payment partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Navyug Ayurveda shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Payment gateway settlement delays
- Technical issues beyond our control
No refunds shall be issued solely due to shipping delays. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.
10. Failed Payments & Refund Timelines
- If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should wait for confirmation from the payment gateway or bank.
- Failed or cancelled prepaid transactions are usually refunded automatically to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
- Navyug Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways in processing refunds.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Navyug Ayurveda ships only within India.
